Could be, I suppose, but I can't see a connectivity problem on any of a couple of dozen randomly chosen websites from my bookmark list. (Plus I'd think this site in particular would be affected.)

In oregon, on sprint 4g and cant connect, log on service is not available now either i guess, was on mask of nihilus. Server not responding, internet is working fine,

Same. Code 1003 means the servers are coming down apparently. Or so the CS database said.
