I remain hopeful that we could bring Arcann into 5.9's Nathema Conspiracy. At least, have him struggle with his darkness again, just so the game would have a reason to allow more smooching or see those pretty DS eyes again.

I would be happy to get at least some letters - and this would be easy for them to do so I hope they do it. In noticed that in the alert Arcann says that he (until recently) has only known hate, especially for the outlander. So I guess there was no attraction from his side to the outlander before his healing? Or do you think someone can hate someone else and still be attracted to this person?
