Arcann romance appreciation thread! Haters keep out please!❤

Ahh thanks for sharing! Nice to see there's so much variety in what people like. Don't ever feel like you're excluded here just because you like a different companion as well! I love reading what you guys n gals share!

I really like Theron, and I think, if there was not Arcann, my femPCs would be with him.
But the bald ferocious purring leopard messed up all my plans.

Elara, Vector, Kira, Corso, Vette and Felix.
Elara is probably my favorite companion. Under that very strict shell of hers is actually a woman who needs compassion and understanding while she wishes to uphold the morals of what the Imperial Military is supposed to stand in its code-of-honor. It was hard to listen how she missed for her family so much, while knowing that her act may have very well put them in very dangerous situation.
Vector, another of my favorites. So sweet, caring and polite man who really cares for the Agent, while offering some very unique views on the Killik culture and the Joining. His character arc and wanting to establish an alliance between the Killiks and the Empire is very interesting, even if others are trying to sabotage it.
Kira, she's fun to romance, with all her quips and how she wants to be a Jedi as it has been her way out of trouble and has given her a new place to call truly home, even if she and the Knight end up breaking the Code.
Corso, chivalrous and caring, even if he gets very jealousy of my Lady Smuggler who tends to flirt with so many people.. Bad habit I know . Still, he's very down-to-earth man while wanting to help those weaker than him. Something for which I'll commend him, truly.
Vette, possibly one of the most funniest characters in game. Her arc made me cry when after all her search, she found out that her mother had died while working for a Hutt Yet was is humbling is that she was willing to let go off her anger over the matter, and did not wish to pursue vengeance. That truly showed some real strenght of a character.
Felix, he was so sweet and caring over my Consular, keeping his head cool while defending her in tough spots. They had some very interesting talks about being a Jedi while Felix shared about his time in the military. I was very surpised to learn that he had actually served under Aric on Ord Mantell. He's less stricter though, and I like that in him.
(Haven't been much on this thread for weeks, but its nice to take an occasional peek to see what's being discussioned here. )

My favorite vanilla LI is Quinn, then Vector and Torian.
I love my video game romances with drama and angst. So for years Quinn was my NO.1 in swtor. Ironically he's also the one I dump for Arcann. Because I love Warrior/Arcann that much and think Arcann the more suitable partner for her. It took me a while to go through with the break up on Iokath though. Break up is hard even in a video game.

It really is hard to break up in video games. I couldn't do it in ME:3 Leaving Garrus for Kaidan. No!!!
It was too painful.

the good part about ME3..is that if you leave someone for someone else...they just pretend nothing ever happened :| >.>

The only romance option that came back for me till now was Quinn....and it wasnt that hard ....now Theron ! ...my sweet god...i had a very hard time NOT to start a romance with him on my Sorc (who was made for Arcann and been waiting patiently for a year now...lol)....so yeah..was hard

I couldn't leave Kaidan for Garrus in ME2. Though frankly I was more intrigued by Thane, but whatevs, Kaidan remained my Shep's #1.

But this is precisely why it's such a dilemma for me re. Arcann. The characters I'm most strongly attached to all have husbands and are very much in love with said hubbies. Yet the characters to whom I'm less strongly attached, who don't have any romances at all, somehow don't seem like they're "enough" for Arcann. I find it very hard to play through a class story without romancing someone. I mean, they're just there being them... My second female consular I meant to leave single but I couldn't pass up Felix! I've only managed to bring my second female knight through her class story without romancing Doc, but I was gonna go for Theron with her (I still haven't actually gone further with him than the Rishi/Yavin romance content on any character - so many chars, so little time). My only KotFE/ET characters with no romances are the ones I made with the free level 65 tokens that bring you instantly to the start of KotET. And they are such blank slates that Arcann really deserves more...
