Voss shrine of healing datacron

Hello,
I made a new character and finished all Voss story and I still can not pick up the datacron.
I cant find name of exact character from who I take the quest for shrine of healing. All guides say the quest is inside the temple but no npc has quest for me there. So please tell me what quest exatly and from which exact npc (what area) I need to start the quest chain?

The quest starts at the speeder point neat the shrine (can't recall what the camp is called) you pick the mission there, complete it, then when you go to get the Holocron.

Edit: There's a group of voss meditating in one of the corners of the same room, meditate with them, then go and grab the Holocron.
