Arcann romance appreciation thread! Haters keep out please!❤

Also why does it matters so much that you have to understand why other people find someone attractive that you personally don't? None of us here have to defend ourselves for liking someone you don't like.

And whenever other people in your life who find themselves being attracted to someone and that someone was attracted to them, do you question them hard about why they're both attracted to each other except for you, who don't find them attractive at all? Do you struggle to understand why others that you find as not attractive also find themselves not attracted to you?



and Its just fictional characters in a game that allow optional romance arcs. If you don't, you just don't.

Because I'm curious. That's really the only reason. I'm not asking anyone to defend their choices, I simply wanted to understand. I desire knowledge a lot, and when I encounter something I don't understand I try to gather as much data about it from as reliable and trustworthy a source as possible. Is that so wrong? (You're coming off as pretty hostile here FYI, chill out!)

As to whether I do the same with people in my life, why yes I do, to an extent. Most of the time when somebody in my life gets into a relationship with someone I know them well enough to see why they are attracted to each other, so I don't need to acquire data directly from the source. In this case I know none of you in a personal way, hence why I inquire as to the source of the attraction, so that I can understand.

I understand absolutely when people don't want to see more of Lana and Theron. There was (and still is) much focus on these two and of course for those who really like Lana and Theron there can never be enough content for them (and other favourite companions or characters). But for those who don't like them that much there is only so much patience you can have I think.

Sorry, have been absent for a while. I haven't been playing much Swtor the last couple of days as I have other games that I tend to play too (Star Trek Online, Divine Divinity Original Sin 2 and now again Dragon Age Inquisition). Of course too much for not enough time so sometimes I am more in the mood for one game and sometimes I play a different one.

Anyway great to see your characters! I love seeing pictures of other players characters - only downside is that most of the time it inspires me to create a new character to play with... and I already have too many of them

Jedi Knights
Troopers
Smugglers
Bounty Hunters
Agents
Sith Warriors
Sith Inquisitors

These three are planned for the Arcann romance - maybe I will choose Arcann as LI for some others as well, this isn't clear yet.

And yes, definitely love for Chiss from me as well - which is why I am very happy that we get the Chiss speeder as subsriber reward.

In general if people are hostile telling them to chill doesn't de-escalate matters There were a few answers posted, if you want a more in depth discussion I suggest you find some one willing and pm Easier to hold a proper discussion that way.

Or you could just read back through the thread, I'm sure it comes up more than once. I'm usually up for debate, if I'm not it will become obvious pretty quickly and most regulars in the thread are friendly if you approach them the right way I'm sure some wouldn't mind discussing it with you.

I'm not against Arcann, but when i was told by my guildies " screw Torian, screw Andronikos, only Arcann matters" things got a bit humiliating. I know, i'm just some poor European, my opinion does not matter against the opinions of Americans, but ..why aren't my choices as important as yours? Why i must be forced to dismiss, as a new player, the class romances? Why can't i enjoy the classes without being bashed and ridiculized for the choices i've made?

I'm sad this happened in your guild, but you can't really change the mind and opinions of a few people who think a certain way. Your opinion matters as much as that of any other. If they like Arcann more than everything, that's great, they do. If you prefer Torian or Theron, that's awesome as well. This game is about your character and your story matters to only you. Play it the way you want to!! I can't say I've ever experienced anything bad from people being American just because I'm from Europe, Maybe it's because I'm on a European server, but the forum has a bunch of Americans and they're just as kind as anyone else! I don't think this is a nation matter really.
If your guild behaves in a certain matter that isn't to your liking, maybe it's time you find a more suitable guild?

Pff i guess you are right, maybe i should just leave the guild and go on my way? I really don't care about where are the other players from, what or who do they like, i just played two classes and im really confused, i'm sure you can understand that. Yes my guild really annoys me, they are far more advanced and trying to make me think as they do, i don't blame you or other posters in this thread, the thing i'm really complain about is there cannot be any comparison between Torian and other male characters, they are all OK in their own way.

Well, I for one, do NOT believe that Arcann is more important than Vector, Kira, Elara, Aric, Vette, (Watcher 2 please) or any other LI! However, he is the Only option for my Consular.
