Arcann romance appreciation thread! Haters keep out please!❤

I agree that they should add in f/f or m/m romance for old companions when they return (it should be class specific though). Old companions already have history with our characters, it wouldn’t be weird or had much trouble adding a couple of lines that have them confess feelings to each other after years of separation. I’d like Senya romance too. It’s funny I didn’t continue Theron’s romance with my male agent back when kotfe launched because I was holding out for Senya. But it went nowhere and my agent is still single to this day.
I like Valkorion as a villain much better than Vitiate. He is manipulative and you could
fall for his lies if not careful.It’s a shame that being an MMO, the PC has to win. I would’ve like a “failed” ending for this story. Like if you accepted his power every time and killed all his family as he wished then Valkorion will succeed in taking over your body.
But Valkorion romance, yeah nope, unless your character is also an evil psycho maybe it could work in a very twisted way.

Back to the topic though. I love pairing LS or Neutral warrior with Arcann. They both came from nobility. They value each other’s strength. Having been manipulated, used and betrayed by her old master and also the emperor/Valkorion, my warrior could totally see where he’s coming from. And she admired that he had the courage to defy his father and later on to admit his mistakes and seeks to atone for his sins. In a way she’s seeking redemption through the alliance too. Even though she was a light side Sith, she still bought into the Empire vs Republic mentality and her hands weren’t exactly clean. I can see she and Arcann can bond over these similar experiences and develope their feelings for each other.

My "crossed the line" comment at me was being called mentally ill and needing to go to a mental institute over a fictional character. it sucks, but I mainly avoid any areas of the forum that have regulars using the words mentally ill, monster, crazy, hitler etc now.

This would be my ideal pairing for Arcann but my Warrior already has Theron. So I went with Agent.

Yeah I get tired of us having to constantly asked to explain, justify, defend liking this particular fictional character. I don’t know if same question asked in other love threads too?

That one was not the: "how can you, are you sick?!" but more of the genuine interest, is it not? And mostly we are defending the mere fact of liking Arcann and do not talk about what our PC will like.

By the way, I think that SW or JK are the most perfect fits

I don't think they ask it in the other threads, those characters aren't as controversial. Quinn is a little as he betrays you while you're in a relationship with him, but other than that not really.
Arcann did a lot of bad stuff, everybody knows that by now.

I don’t know, the giving us “the benefit of the doubt “ thing just jump out at me and makes me kind of suspicious.
And me talking about my pc and Arcann in the previous post was to answer Paul’s question and I don’t remember I’ve talked about it before.
I think depending on how the player plays their characters, every class could fit one way or the other. Of course everyone has their preferences. Force users seem to be more popular. It’s interesting though I have yet to see someone pair trooper with Arcann as I have seen Arcann with every other classes. Maybe someone does and I missed it?

I find it hard to take seriously any moral outrage then it comes from SWTOR Imperial (and in some cases Republic) players.

I have been doing Alderaan bonus series last evening. The things you do as Imperial (even LS) is just chilling. Have anyone been judjing that story from an ethical point of view? *sign
