Exactly!!! Xina, SWTOR won't see any money from Anthem or DA or any successful EA game...that money will simply be used to create the next game EA releases, not support old failing titles.

I don't think Anthem is meant for the SWTOR audience, but rather for the audience that plays games like Overwatch or Destiny. Those games are wildly popular. I find it hard to believe any game developer makes another game with the intention of pulling away players from their other games. Especially when the type of games are vastly different. So for everyone who wont spend a dime on Anthem such as myself, they aren't exactly expecting us to.

Not spending a cent on anthem and tbh I don't think it will be a financial success at launch unless it gets REALLY good reviews instead of typical paid 8/10. Nowadays 8ish is mediocre.

Said that when the article released. It was obvious they are spending every resource there and at the same time badly managing this game. I was an avid supporter having bought every BW game since Baldur's Gate, but with what they have done to Mass Effect and SWTOR (shameful and disgusting) they lost me as a customer. Probably will hold off buying DA 4 too, if there ever is one and is not plagued by the sjw stuff MEA was. Anthem is for players which jump game to game and for a piece of the market which is already well saturated. Destiny and Overwatch players or at least the bulk of them possibly will not abandon their games for a game that you spend most of your time in a suit, fps boring gameplay and is overall - more of the same. It will have to posses something unique, but even then with the bad press for EA from MEA and SWBF I doubt they have many fans left. If their game flops, I would say well deserved....you dont neglect your games and expect people to buy new ones, so you can again do just that.
