For the age thing, mid twenties for Arcann does seem young, but Bioware has never been strong on consistent time lines (like there was no way Vaylin was 12-14 in that flashback cutscene we see in KOTET.) Then again I don't think age matters much. Even if we say that those five years in carbonite didn't count or age our character, my characters would still range from mid-20's to mid-40's and honestly, my ones in their 40's don't look that much different to the ones in their 20's. It's hard to make an older looking character with the options we have to some degree. (My white haired character is still in his 20's for example.)

As for getting his romance before some people get vanilla love interests back - someone is always going to be upset no matter what happens. With the returning romances we have over the next few months, someone is going to be upset that their romance of choice (Kira, Jaesa, etc) haven't returned so they'll be grumbly - you can't win when it comes to that.

Seeing this tweet from someone who is anti Arcann having a go at the ex BW writers twitter freaking disgusts me. I can't fathom how people can stoop that low for someone doing her job at her work. Ugh.
I don't really care how much you hate a character, but bothering the writers in such a rude manner is not acceptable.

I don't feel like Arcann have the same presence of a man in his mid 20s. Maybe because of his voice actor. lol
I'm 29... 3 years of that spent on waiting for Arcann romance. They better deliver it good.

Been playing some KOTET chapters again. I also love cool cinematics, they're all so well made.

Is this about the one that have a hashtag of something "space hitler"? I'm afraid there are these kind of people in every fandom. It's not the first that someone go at the creators because something they don't like.
I also saw on the forum that some blamed Sam for the old companions because she expressed enthusiasm for Arcann therefore she would give his content preferential treatment. While I think we have her to thank for his romance, she wasn't the one to make final decisions and allocate resources. It's unfair.

I find it amusing that throughout kotfe&kotet, the only times when Arcann and our characters were alone in a room were
the ones they fought each other. Bioware was so careful to only provide droid companion or no companion at all during those encounters.

I enjoyed that a lot actually, always facing him alone or mostly alone (droid). It made the conflict events far more personal, and my character didn't need any help! Also allowed for some straight up private one on one dialogue chances with him from the very start, even if just before or mid combat.

I like that the 1v1 made the story more intimate. Like you can judge Arcann by yourself instead of listening to others about him. Its one of the reason why I knew that Arcann could never be dissuaded away from his intent. His enemy is always Valkorion.

Also, nobody knew that Arcann saved my Wrath's life (Wrath of the Empire do NOT kneel) and he did offer a truce on Asylum (if you accept, Valkorion will influence him to kill your cowardly *** anyway) I find its interesting that Arcann's behavior tend to contradict the things everyone say about him (he purged the Scions because they worshiped his father... remember what happen on Yavin 4 and Ziost? he gave Breaktown to the Herald of Zildrog but put enough restriction so they won't be a nuisance.. and he saved Vaylin from Nathema... I wonder at what cost..).

....people bringing toxic anti-Kylo/Rey into this now...sigh.. I need coffee..

Well, there is master Ranos or whatever her name is, the DVL companion.
I took my Chiss knight through Copero and I was shocked and excited that Saganu acknowledged that not only was she Chiss but she was force sensitive as well and yeah they consider force sensitive Chiss as corruptions or something like that.
