Hi, I am a returning player and currently trying to understand what are the best end game gear stats for PVP.

Let's say we already have our accuracy and alacrity established in our gear, and only Crit/Mastery/Power ratio needs to be implemented.
Now we can do this in two ways:

1) I found that Crit should be around 40-45%. Why this is the best solution? Why not more or less?
2) Second idea is to drop Crit to 800 and boost Mastery all the way. Why this is worse than the first choice?

I would be grateful for explaining me this Mastery/Power/Crit thing and what values and why are the best for assasin in PVP? Thank You in advance!

There was a long-ish thread about this (for DPS in general, not just deception sins) a little while ago, here...

http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=927242

The TLDR version I got out of it was that you want to go for about a 40-45% crit rating, and put the rest into mastery/power. And whether you put it into master or power is kinda a wash. And, of course, as with everything else, there are dissenting opinions.

BTW, I know you said you already have the alacrity and accuracy you want, but there was another long-ish thread about that too, just in case you wanted to peruse it. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=918889

because you'll do less damage, and in the case of low crit you'll do less damange *and* be less bursty

low crit is basically the worst build possible. low raw dps, low burst

Which crystals are best? I usually use mastery and/or power (depending on what's in my inventory) but I see some people using the crit ones.
Eternal Vanguard Obidion, Powertech on Fire

Depends on how your other gear's stats are set up. If you have enough Crit from enhancements etc., then sure, go for mastery (War Hero) or power (Hawkeye) crystals. Otherwise go for crit (Eviscerating).

Or don't fuss over it, since a crystal only gives 41 of whatever it is, compared to many thousands of points from other sources.

I have a question to add to this thread if you wonderful people would help:
Is Alacrity necessary to be added via augments ?
Some people say not to go over 500 Alacrity, others say to do it,so I am a bit confused of this spec.

There is a post about optimal stats for all classes here:
http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=918622

Assassin - Deception || Shadow - Infiltration
10157+-582 DPS @ 50 APM | 8921 Endurance | 6884 Mastery | 3964 Power
1813 Critical (4xE, 6xA, 2xC) | 1635 Alacrity (5xE, 5xA) | 759 Accuracy (1xE, 3xA, Stim)

I use the recommended set up from it (above), except for the Accuracy part.
I have like 1895 crit, 1640 alacrity and 4000 power.

Alacrity, in case you don't know, is a stat that won't do anything by itself. Basically, it gives you quicker attack/channel times, less GCD, less cooldown on every attack (and most of your offensive cooldown) and bigger energy refund.
Its efficiency is defined by your use of Mastery/Power/crit

I'll quote Evolixe here :
Let's say you hit with a regular 1k per 1,5 second without any alacrity. Now, if you add 10% alacrity to this, you now hit (since you hit faster) for 1k100 per 1,5second. The improve doesn't feel much but if you now hit for... 8k each 1,5sec then you will add 800dps every 1,5sec.

Still, alacrity reduces the cd of most cc in the game so it's worth to stack a little in PvP...
But it also depends on your latency.
High alac build aren't worth with 100ms latency (or even game freeze)
