No, it depends on the numbers of the customers who truly care about these items always stay exclusive or not, compare to the ones would benefit from the open sale. How the old customers feel also depends on how much EXTRA effort did those players give out and do they get new reward. Most of these items didn't require too much extra effort other than come at the right time, they also have enjoyed it for so long. It's not a big deal as long as you have new carrot to offer.
Nowhere do they say these items are "exclusive for a period." After 6 years, I doubt they have plans to change their definition of exclusive to suit your desires.

Most exclusive items were rewards for loyalty. Loyalty is a neat thing, you see --- it works both ways. You stay loyal to them and they stay loyal to you. Neat stuff, eh? You keep saying, "it's not a big deal..." How do you know if it was a big deal for someone to stay subscribed or not. Younger players without (paying) jobs may have had to really scrape for the money to get a reward being offered. You don't know. But if "it's not a big deal ..." players that missed out can get over it and make sure they don't miss out on the next loyalty rewards. That "new carrot" your so fond of can be new for everybody at the same time.

So, if less than 100% of auspiciously timed subs are still playing and/or paying (the same goes for pre-order), BW gets to be less than 100% loyal to them? Sounds good to me.

So who are you to judge or not? We are the players, we have every right to ask Bioware to give ppl what they want because this is why we PAY for this game and without it this game could not live, understand?

Johnny asking for something is one thing. Johnny thinking he gets to determine that people who clearly did NOT meet criteria set forth by BW to receive certain rewards should be given those rewards anyway is another matter entirely.

Johnny continuing to pester because he did not get the answer he wanted is another matter, as well.

Johnny pay for this serve every month, it's his right to ask for what he wants, understand it.

They let you sign the EULA, they have every right to give the final explanation.
Try to sue them if they bring these items back, see it works or not.

No, it simply ask you to sub for a period and get what you want. You don't show more loyalty than others besides sub in the right time. Which means they didn't pay extra effort other than showed up in the right time. They might not be loyal, just lucky there.

Because others would stay sub if there are the same reward. A lot of these "loyal customers" already left, or already had enough fun with the item, or don't care about it, or would be ok with it as long as there are new carrot for them to catch. How many of them really got mad when ppl could get something they got a long while ago? I guess very few.

I started to play since 2012, I don't care a bit about what others get at all, I only care about what I can get.

Yeah, but you're not asking - you're whining, pouting and demanding something that you didn't earn. Have a little maturity, and "take it like a man". We all have to accept that we can't have everything.

Get it right, we don't work for the game company, we pay money to the company to enjoy their service, it's they who needs to EARN the money from us, not the opposite.

Do you know who else pays to play this game? Those who have been here a long time and continue to support the game through thick and thin.

Again, Johnny asking is one thing, but Johnny whining, crying, demanding and throwing temper tantrums because people do not just blindly support the entitled attitudes displayed by some is another.

Yeah, those who wanted nothing from this game other than paying money to earn a job.

Again, we pay the money to get service, it's our right to ask for the service to match our need. If you don't like it, sure. Make this game free or let Bioware pay us.

Understand it here. Your logic doesn't work at all if you fail to understand the situation

Understand one thing, there is nothing you really EARN in this game, everything, including your characters belong to EA, they could do whatever they want with it. You signed the EULA before you entered this game.

So the "EARN" logic doesn't really work. Some stuff were hard earned because they need ppl to stick with this game and keep paying them.

Players may not "own" anything in the game, but that does not mean that achievements and in game items are not EARNED.

Those subscriber rewards were EARNED. Achievements are EARNED.

Those NiM wings of the architect need to be EARNED, not handed out just for logging ion to the game.
