No, fully Voiced is what the game has going for it. Besides with no Chat Bubbles and the crap UI. No way they could do text only. :P

Nah, I will rewatch the main story cutscenes and spacebar spam the extra ones I have already seen, fortunately, I am choosing to play a class I didnt play much of in beta and wont be repeating too much.

No, but I do turn on subtitles and read ahead of the voice actors, then hit spacebar when I'm ready for the next line of dialogue.
