Pvp arena?!!?

That's total BS.

Has everyone forgotten how long we went with Rogue Mage Priest being the only viable 3's comp? For awhile like 99% of the top teams ran the exact same comp with no differences whatsoever. That's what balancing an entire MMO around nothing but arenas leads to.

yeah holy priest was not that viable yet you can reach 2.2K with any setup if you have the right mindset.

Also Prot warrior was very viable with various specs such as African Turtle combo (hunter, protwarrior and hpala).

that's odd, because i remember blizzard doing a great job of simultaneously balancing classes for both arena and raids.
maybe you were just spending too much time complaining on the forums instead of learning your class?

Coming from a 2454 Arena Rated Hunter on Tichondrius Alliance (Which is still the number 1 most competitive alliance pvp server in the world for arena; this is not to brag, its the prove legitamacy of experience, most 'high rated' arena players with 2400+ ratings are falsely inflated when decent players go to infamously poorly skilled battlegroupings to farm their ratings), the arena system is a botched, unbalanced, and quite frankly scripted system where the same popular and mostly overpowered comps dominate the scene.

I've played arena for so long and have experienced it for what it is that you can't find the fun or enjoyment in super comps dominating the pvp scene and restricting pvp balance strictly to a bracket.

Keep the pvp balance as a whole of the game based on all the classes, and not just certain comps in a bracket. This in the long run adds to a game where useful pvp is not limited to brackets dominated by the uber elite who have no regard for the soul of the game and where pvp is only an objective means to stave off going to college or getting a job for another 4 years out of high school.

Define viable please. A though combo to beat when you have literately no skill what so ever. Of course if you play at near r1 or professionally then yes, you would get destroyed since that high players tend to be good. Give RMP to a great team and you die.

Balancing is harder the smaller the bracket is. A 8v8 Death Match would be great. As iv said before, there will always be nerfs/buffs "tweaks" with or without Arena.

(Last I would have rolled you in WoW when I quit. I had five shamans who were 2.2k rating on bloodlust. Yeah they were challenger. But I heard 50k burst damage in one button push = you dead. So where is your "Skill" now? Quit trying to prove you are better than people. Someone will always be better than you. I mean you most likely aren't even a hardcore arena player. A hard core arena player would be ON WOW PLAYING ARENA RIGHT NOW. If you aren't 3k why are you even trying to act hardcore? Are you Reckful? No? Then get learning.)

Once again people forget the fact that the system it's self is not bad when implemented correctly. Blizzard only said it was a mistake including Arena in game due to not planning ahead. When creating the game they were not aware of adding Arena, hence why the game was not developed around it.

The feature its self is not bad, when and if implemented correctly.

50K damage out of Average of 150k hp without defensive cooldowns is 25% if im correct. You forget that people will PoP defensive cooldowns, los you. You are missing many variables, saying that 1 button push = no skill is subjective because many other variables need to be taken into account. You will rarely blow someone up that fast when you oppose a good team. It also depends on your bracket you are playing in.

Are you Reckful? Define hardcore. Everyone is in-tilted in their opinion.

I can understand why you might want to play against level 10s-40s for the rest of you pvp experiance in this game, seeing as the only arena you were good at was 5v5 as a 5 man ele team. please don't ruin it for the rest of us.

How is the rest of us, there is like 2% who wants arena. Arena ruins the world PvP, if you want to fight then fight on the worlds, after they introduce some better PvP. The game has been out for 2-3 weeks now, just wait and you will see more lvl 50's who you can fight.
