Where's master Ranos?

Its really disheartening to see the Devs choosing to reassure us that heroics that are currently bugged to be repeatable on a daily basis, like they all were intentionally before 4.0, will be getting fixed next week, even though its not an exploit and its hardly a CXP windfall with the 5.0a nerf, but no response at all to this issue of Master Ranos being AWOL.

I know that it might be a hard bug to track, and the absence of replies doesn't mean they are unaware, but she and Hexid were a key highlight of the rewards of the DvL event, directly influenced by our choices, and there's 13 pages of people for whom its broken. It's just frustrating and disappointing. I had fun doing Chapter 1 of KOTET and I am resigned to commit to the CXP RNG grind on at least a few toons, however intimidated I might feel by the grind, but I was counting on Master Ranos to fill out my suite of companions. Her absence leaves a bad taste in my mouth among the otherwise palatable or even delicious aspects of KOTET, and I'm upset.

Why was she so important to me, you may ask? Well, as a dual wielder she does slightly more dps than single-wielder comps, and as a special reward she isn't likely to be taken away by KOTFE/KOTET story. That makes her a great candidate to rank to 50 without worrying she'll betray me like and thus vanish from the story. I don't necessarily want to have to re-grind Veeroa Denz on every character just to make sure I have a melee dps at 50, and even though it would seem odd to take away the SF companions there's nothing that says they (the devs) couldn't. Veeroa herself promises to go back to NS once the war is over. Why should I trust that she won't need to be replaced after I complete chapter 9? The only other mDPS dual-wielder is Ashara who is only available to SIs and even then has to be brought back through the terminal.

I'll add my name to the growing list of people having problems with Master Ranos.

Got the mission, talked to her at the alliance base then she vanished and hasn't been seen since. I've finished FE and ET. I've even tried replaying some of the chapters to see if she would come back and nothing.

Exactly the same bug I'm having on my SI Lvl 70, T3-M4.

Why Thursday?

I'm not sure but I think there's a livestream happening with bioware, or something like that.

Hoping this will be addressed then.

Is this thread seriously going to hit 15 pages before it gets any attention from bw?

The Eternal Level [Tier 5] was what was required to earn Master Ranos as a Companion; and the Eternal Level of course, required having completed all the levels ahead of it. Legendary Level [Tier 6] was not required for that part.
