Where's master Ranos?

So another Inquisitor...

What class was it? Another inquisitor by chance?

My Sith Inquisitor Assassin, dvl toon on shadowlands who finished KotFE didn't start KotET (eternal level) was able to get the recruitment mission and complete it with no problem, and summon Ranos.
Sage non dvl on Jedi Cov (0 dvl) in KotFE chapter 10 also recruited and summoned Ranos.
It looks like Inquisitor and/or Legendary is the problem.

Hey y'all, another bug report regarding Master Ranos from my side:

Bug:
Master Ranos did not unlock for my main character after talking to her in the Alliance Base.
I did get the Alliance Alert mission however.

Character played when encountering the bug:
Sith Inquisitor/Sorc, Level 70, previously cleared DvL Event Achievements up to and including Eternal Tier, with Legendary Tier partially completed, KotFE cleared, KotET at that point not yet started.

Master Ranos did not unlock for my main after talking to her, even though I chose the appropriate dialogue option and her dialogue along the lines of "It will be weird having to follow orders again, but I'll manage" was played -- after that however, she did not become my active companion, neither did she show up on any of the lists in the "Companions & Contacts" menu. Additionally her NPC disappeared from the Alliance Base and did not show up ever again.

I tried using the "Jedi Holocommunicator" item afterwards, but also to no avail... it gave me a red popup warning (like the server alerts) saying "You have already completed this alert" -- Master Ranos however still didn't show up anywhere.

On all of my other twinks, I only used the "Jedi Holocommunicator", and for all of them, it worked.

Bugged for me also.

I completed legendary on 2 servers, and didn't get the companion recruitment quest for any of my characters on either.

My mains are inquisitors that have fully completed the kotfe storyline.

Did you create a regular ticket?
Creating a bug report would be the more appropriate option, since this way it directly gets to the devs instead of the CS team.^^

Legendary level here. Got the legendary reward email with holo communicator to summon Ranos, but no alert. All other alerts and KOTFE chapters are done.
I honestly thought that this would be a bug they would make a priority , since it hits their most dedicated players.
I did not go through pug hell finishing the HP FPs, only to get less of a reward than those that stopped at the eternal level. (I understand some at the Eternal level bugged too)
I did not level every toon during DVL as pure lightside so that Ranos would win, only to not get her through story.

My faith is shaken

Similar bug here but i only got to enternal level.
I got the holocommunicator but not the alert.

I don't believe your class matters. I first tried it on my agent. No alert. I opened on my shadow, my inquisitor, and two warriors, no alerts for any of them.

Also looking forward to the post from Bioware saying the fact that you can customize Ranos (as I've seen on fleet) is a bug like Vizla and they will fix that before they fix the alert

Got legendary level, got the mail, got the token... but no alert.
