Last Boss Fight on Cademimu

So I was running Cademimu last night for the first time, and we got to the last fight, died a few times to the last boss due to the tank not being able to keep him out of the flames. So before a third pull, we were all standing in the doorway, discussing how the best handle the situation, and the tank goes all Leeroy Jenkins and storms into the room. The door promptly shuts, locking me (the healer) out of the room. Needless to say, everyone inside died. Then, to my suprise, the boss just walks through the door when its closed, and promptly begins to beat me down. I sat there and healed myself for as long as it took the rest of our group to get down there and kill him.

Just wondering if this is a bug that should be reported... or just some random glitch.

Thoughts?

I'd assume that him walking through the door to kill extra party members is a defense against players that try to zerg him, so I don't really know if it's a bug necessarily. Not saying it's intentional, but it's definitely a way to ensure that he doesn't get attacked twice before he resets if he can pick off the players that (not in your case, but typically) died, ran back, and waited outside the door to finish him off.
