I believe you have to buy the 210k training to do that. So you will be stuck doing it anyway.

One could make the argument that a $80,000 Mercedes is only 20% better than a $35,000 Honda.

Sometimes you pay vast amounts for incremental increases. You are certainly not forced to get the faster mount.

Are there elves in Star Wars?

Not everyone has, nor should they, that kind of patience.

If you don't, then one needs to pony up the credits in SWTOR.

I don't know that I'm going to spend my credits on that. Anyone else on this bandwagon?
i feel sorry for you.

here is how the forum works: you rant / vent / make constructive posts and all you will get in return is players telling you:

a. get over it, their game and life is perfect as it is
b. calling you a troll.

those are the only two outcomes of any forum thread.

On topic: i'm not spending 200k for 10%.

I think it should be either increased to 130% and 175% for high level mounts, or the cost should be 25k and 50k.

I'll never be "wishing to spend my money on something" at higher levels, like someone said. I got half a million credits right now, but it doesn't mean I want to blow it all away on stupid stuff.

If you don't want to spend 210k for a 10% increase, then don't, it's not necessary to level. But it is very easy to get that many credits around 40....

Can you skip the 210k at 40 and just buy the 310k at 50? Or do you have to purchase the previous skill before the next one making is 520k in the end?

I think there's a third option

c. We agree.

Personally I may not upgrade on my Agent, because the CE / DDE mount looks more agent-ish. My Sith Warrior however, will be upgrading to get that awesome looking black speeder with the red glowy stuff.

I dont know ... 10% may not seem like alot but it adds up. We have skill ranks which only increase 1 stat 1% as well. Are those useless too?

So why cry over an option?

I am confused. If you don't want to spend the money, don't.

5 min ride at 90% = 4 1/2 minute ride at 110%.

Spend the money for 30 seconds or don't. Crying about pricing = pointless.
