Redeeming product code.

Ok so I did this in November right? but it's grayed out with no check mark. I re entered my code and it said already used. is this because i haven't received the email yet? or something I need to call customer service to fix?

No, you registered a preorder code. The Product code, you will get with the game itself or be emailed to you around the 16th if it is a digital version.

^^that is ridiculous! so if we got the digital version we dont get to play till the 16th???!? Im having the same problem, why dont they just make the code the same?

To the Right you have a menu "Game" press there and it should say what you redeemed
