Day 9.5 of waiting on the email beginning to lose hope

Okay so I already posted that I did not get my email. I have been waiting since you stated that you will be resending the email, but I still have not gotten the email. I did get my complimentary 500 monthly cartel coins that are automatically posted to my subscriber account. I can't understand why you guys didn't just post them to our account in the first place. Because Obviously that is something that you are able to do, since it happens with my monthly cartel coins. Unless you anticipated this..... Just saying .

/bump - keeping this alive... not sure if it is related to another post that was recently removed (Edit: needless to say, there was a lot of strong language)... although I suspect it was.

Anyway, I get why people are frustrated - sorry folks.

Never got my CC's, and I hear that trying to contact Bioware results in them batting you back and forth across the ping-pong table ad nauseum; in game ticket absolutely refusing to listen to anything other than "you have to call customer service," who in turn absolutely demands you open an in-game ticket.

The only possible way I can say a single word on this matter is refusing to buy or have anything to do with new Cartel Packs, since it's clear how inconceivably and colossally insulted Bioware gets at having to pay attention to a SINGLE thing in this entire game other than how many Cartel Packs they sell. As long as I don't get my coins, Bioware can put their "new Cartel Packs" in their horn and blow them out their tuchus.

Since 2011 I never lost an email, I guess there is a first for everything...
