I decided to unsub for one month for personal reasons and because I went on a ski trip. When I return the game has decided to pass MY guild on to some random guy. Are u F.ing kidding me?
This is MY guild. Its MY time and MY money I have spent on this and created with MY intentions and dreams. And then because I decide to unsub you just steal it from me?!? I mean seriously???
I couldnt even make a support ticket to get help with this. So I decided to sub today, for the sole reason of reclaiming what is RIGHTFULLY MINE. The leadership has now passed to a second guy who I know is away a lot and the service wont help me get it back.
I dont have words for how wrong and unjust this is. I demand that you pass me back ownership of what is mine by right, immediatly. This is just not fair. I have spent lots of money on things like decorations and even added xtra cartel money. And this is how I get punished?
I loved this game, there is still lpots I havent seen yet and would love to xplore. But after this no, Im done. I want MY guild back. Shame on you.
Looking forward to hearing from service to beg and kneel before and beg my forgiveness, and to get back what is mine by birthright.
Thank you for making me cry, and hate a game that had many great aspects. And thank you for forcing me to pay one months sub I wont be using for anything other than getting MY guild back. Its as low as it gets.
Some things just simply cant be forgiven.

This is one of the examples of how EAware care about it's players. Not paying - screw you.
We also suffered due to this once.

This happens when you are gone a month. What you should have done is what our guild leader did is promote someone you could trust until you could come back to the guild. Our guild leader needed to take a break, she gave the guild leadership to me and my boyfriend knowing when she is ready to come back, we will transfer the guild back to her.

When you leave a month, you should always consider someone to run it in your place as there are things that may come up that need resolving while you are gone.

With the F2P option of the game, guilds should not revert to another player because of subs, it should be based on inactivity. If a player has been inactive for say 90 days ( not subbed, not logging in at all ) then I could see passing the guild on, but if a player drops subscription but continues to log in F2P then it should stay with that player. Everyone has real life issues and things happen but the other posters are right, EA/ Bioware is the worst to its customers and this is a prime example.

This has nothing to do with the fact that you unsubbed, and everything to do with the fact that you were inactive for so long that the game automatically transferred guild leadership to one of the more active members.
If you, as guild leader, don't know how the leadership transfer system works then that is not Bioware's fault, it is not the game's fault, it is not the new Guild leader's fault.
If you don't want to stay in the guild under someone else's leadership, the only two options you have at this point are
(1) ask the current guild leader to restore your leadership (although they are under no legal, moral or social obligation to do so), and
(2) leave the guild and start again somewhere else, armed with another item of knowledge that is essential to guild leaders.

So you are solo the person that put any money into the guild? Do you give back all funds given to the guild when a members level? If anyone has given anything to the guild its part theirs too.

Its 30 days of inactive by the GM before it is pass to the next highest ranking person. Its an automatic system. 90 days is way to long to wait. Guild will die without upper management functions. I've seen it many times.

You said you subbed for one month just to get the guild back but you do not intend to play any more ergo you do not intend to run your guild any more.

So you just want your guild back so you can not do anything with it and lose it again in another 30 days of inactivity or perhaps you want to close it out of spite since you are not playing any more, damn anyone else in the guild.

Umm, so you have posted this same message to several other sections in Forums? Wouldn`t it be just easier if you would just keep it in one place instead of diverting it to several places?
