Or the other way.
Mostly the other way, because the most of us have not the patience for this and we are clearly the majority. However I am sad, that it has to come to this. After all it is a MMO and we are in here to play together, but not by taking orders by some monority, who happen to have aternatives.

So we're all flashpoints have a solo mode now?
As far as I know yes.

I can't find anything that shows all flashpoints are solo. Here is what I found.

I cannot find anything else after that time that shows they have made all flashpoints solo mode
And it has been very annoying being vote kicked out so much trying to go through these flashpoints that do not have a solo mode.
If they have not made all flashpoints solo mode yet they really need to do it. So far in my experience it's rare to find a group that does not mind going through the story lines.

Haha good idea!

Anyway, a lot of people say that Solo-run is the solution.
But you can't solo all flashpoints can you?

Right above your post is the list of solo flashpoints. About half are solo.

I guess that's a fair question. Here's the thing, though: if I'm trying to run 15 flashpoints quickly for the benefit of my guild, I'm gonna be running those flashpoints with guildmates. We're all going to be on the same page, with the same objectives. I'm not going to go into 15 flashpoints with random strangers and expect them to give a stale turd about my guild, my conquest objectives, or the fact that I'm trying to rush through or past content as much as possible.

If I'm joining the queue to get 3 strangers to run a tactical flashpoint with me, I'm going to be aware of - and accepting of - the possibility that one or more of them might want to watch the whole dialog, or be incompetent vis his assigned role, or be an unsophisticated kid, or whatever. What I won't be doing is acting like a feminine hygiene product by demanding that any of them rush past the content they are enjoying just so that I can go as fast as possible.

The flashpoints are designed for the party to follow the path, fight the MOBs, fully engage in the dialog, etc. I appreciate shortcuts and the ability to skip dialog, but I don't go into a flashpoint with strangers expecting they they're gonna play like I want to, and if someone wants to watch every cutscene and get every bonus objective I'm gonna try to be supportive of that.

When I queue in the group finder it's because I want to play with other people. I run flashpoints when I want to, and don't run them when I don't. It is difficult for me to relate to the idea of blasting through game content like it's some kind of job. I play to relax and unwind, and nothing about 15 speed runs in a row seems relaxing at all to me. I'd need to be paid, and paid well, to do that.

Maybe there should be a "speed run" toggle in the role selection box, and a preference toggle for "only match with other players with the same speed run setting." That way you folks who are treadmilling like a hamster on meth can do your thing, confident that your group is all focused on the same thing.

Seriously, though... 15 flashpoints and 15 warzones in one day... people actually do that? That seems about as much fun as a hangover.

I disagree with that assumption. Just as an example using level 60 token characters...they will not have those achievements, but their legacy might. I am leveling a "free 60" Shadow to eventually tank. My first character was a Guardian tank. I am intimately familiar with tanking. The specifics of shadow tanking may be different than guardian tanking, but that does not mean I do not know how to tank on my Shadow.
Your achievement points are (server) legacy wide. Making a toon (and not transferring an existing toon) on another server is like the only way you'll see an experienced person that has low achievement points.

But a new toon (lvl 1 or 60) on the same server you are on will still show your Guardian achievements for example. (and any other toon you have on the server)

I know im pissing in the wind most likely but @ OP, Solo flashpoints bro. 208 gear isn't something great and mystical that one should do a tactical for.

Fair enough...

Just a note: It is very rare that I vote kick over this, I usually just grin and bear it. I was simply making a point, nothing more or less. I've done it, but it is way out there in raredomville.

I use the 208 PvP relics for that.

They are almost as good as the 208 PvE relics, and easy enough to get, if you do any kind of PvP at all.

2,000 total PvP WZ comms will get you 208 of two of them.

Even the 220 Relics aren't THAT much better (I have a few from HM ops) than the 208 PvP relics.

^ This... goes a long way towards making things better...

One of the core issues is a lack of communication. Too many people never say a word in groups, treating the other players as bots...

I am much more inclined to have some respect for the above, when you just politely ask at the beginning of the run.

Speak, communicate, chat, say hi, something... makes me at least, much more forgiving...
