I'd love one on Odessen, honestly. I like the atmosphere there and it'd make sense from a story perspective.

It is indeed but your point still stands, it would be nice to have more Stronghold slots.

It's always been 4 personal since stronghold release (25% each towards conquest bonus up to 100%)

And that's not counting guild. I also own 2 guild strongholds + 2 guild ships (complete) for a total of 8 that are all active all the time.

There are 5 total strongholds + 2 guild ships. I had to drop coruscant (personal) to pick up yavin.

More to the point there's not a lot of reasons why that can't change. Even if they just made it so any that you own beyond 4 don't count towards conquest I'd still own them to show off (having already spent a few billion credits on personal prestige + guild prestige). It's a show of power. And there's still not enough hooks in the game to show off every piece of deco I own.

I need way more ship hooks and centerpieces (and with better placement, yavin and tat are not well designed)

Odessen or Rishi would get my vote, as long as it's a huge base with tons of ship and centerpiece hooks. These should be galactic fortresses. Not just a cave with my ship parked outside in a field.

You're not the only one. I think Alderaan is one of the blandest planets in the game.

I want a Voss Stronghold. Been waiting for that one for a while now.

Not likely to ever happen. Voss was a closed society that barely allows outsiders on the planet. The missions your characters do there go into detail on this.
