Why is nobody asking for advice on how to play?

There is no difficulty/challenge here, merely tedium.

What also is tedious is the fact our problems (tedious grind/bait and switch) are being swept away as l2p.

That's not what anybody is complaining about. I love the new system of completing your class content.
However, the endgame is basically grinding heroic 2+ content over and over, and now that you have to constantly pop your cooldowns and wait for health to regenerate, that kind of content takes far too long.

I don't need help, i can get by just fine. Doesn't stop me from being pissed that they nuked my companions to below 3.0 standards.

Not everyone wants to level, END GAME content takes longer, dailies, alliance stuff etc.

It's mainly due to the fact that the elites have to maintain their self awarded status. God forbid one of them actually provide relevant, helpful information to newer players. The best you ever get out of them is "Learn to play your class" but mostly it's "I'm having no issues with it".

If people wanted content to be done faster they wouldn't be complaining about the healer companion being nerfed. If you want to get stuff done quickly, use a DPS.

And with a DPS, stuff still dies really quick.

And being high level on low planets means what now.... you know since we have level sync? I can hit level 65 by spamming BT before I get my ship. Does that mean jack? I may like those abilities sure. But level sync takes that hard grinding progress and basically craps on it. I'm being penalized for being a higher level than they want me to be. Think that helps my companion? Nope! You need influence to even make them work; and that's not saying much. The AI lately is insane.

I don't need you to teach me how to play. I need you to give me your patience and drive so I can sit here and push myself through content that is becoming a bore for me. Heck i'm leveling up a baby toon because i'm avoiding heroic weeklies. Not that you can do them now. Mission objectives are hidden beneath a pile of despawning corpses.
'I've had enough of your disingenuous assertions.'

First of all, no, just no. They could never have said it is supposed be soloable by everybody, because that's impossible to deliver. If I stuck a baby in front of the computer, is he supposed to be able to complete the heroics too?

Second of all, he said this:

We expect some players to find these challenging initially—maybe even needing a friend’s help--but once the player earns better gear, a few levels of Influence with their companion, and has a greater understanding of the game, they should be able to solo the hardest of these missions.
None of that indicates that it should be able to be completed by anyone and everyone.

hmmm

have multiple 65's was leveling a sorc, GF tactical got mannaan a real trinity with me as healer at level 48

Tank CC'd something I pressed the wrong key, said "oops sorry" after the pull the tank went into a 5 minutes "MF you Healer. you Dumb*** I CC'd that Learn to play or I'll kick your a** out of the Instance, blah blah blah blah blah about new players balah"

Needless to say he never got another heal until he left the instance I switched to DPS and pulled a companion

we completed it.

This is why people never ask for help
Was before F2P
