I'm at that same problem step, except I had three tokens showing, kept getting a level 1, delete and retry, gave up, logged off with game still showing three tokens. And I've done the waiting thing mentioned by Eric in another thread, though since its now been several days with the tokens still not showing up, I have no faith at all that 'waiting' is going to solve my issue. They really need to get their act together and put up something more than the nonsense of 'go slow' and 'wait and your token will return' while CS either tries to bounce the ticket to the bug reporting system or says they can't do anything to assist in restoring the lost tokens. Keeping their head in the sand while continuing to sell this bugged item isn't going to make the issue go away, nor will ignoring paying customers who aren't receiving the service for which they paid.

Yep, tried to make my free level 60, no KOTFE cinematic after, just defaults to the Sith Warrior Prologue start, then dumps me on the fleet as level 1. Doesn't seem to even try to consume my free token, but now I'm scared to exit the game or log into any other characters in case I lose it. Tried four times to remake the character, each time the same result. Absolute disgrace that they would try and sell a completely broken mechanic. No way am I buying any tokens now.

Oh never mind, on my 5th attempt to make a level 60 the character creation screen bugged and forced me to exit the game. Now my token is gone. Awesome.

I also have the same issue, used 2 tokens I bought off the GTN and redeemed them. No option to make level 60 characters but it shows I gained a character slot. Will wait until they have an update.

i got mine working on the 1st try i had fun time getting it lvl 65 yet mine was deleted tooo? i dont know why but it has anyone else having issue with game not lunching ??
