Level 60 Token consumed but hasn't worked!

I got this bug

I created a level 60, exited kotfe opening crawl to fleet, turns out the character was a level 1 dud.
Deleted that level 1 one, the 60 character token was refunded.
So I created a new level 60, this time it was correctly created as a level 60. Played a few missions and deleted it before getting 1/4 of experience bar. This time the 60 character token was not refunded.
Filed a ticket hoping it can be corrected.

Has anyone in this thread had success with Customer Service restoring tokens?
It seems like everyone in this thread has filed a ticket but nobody's received a response and nobody has had the issue resolved.

I filed my ticket before Wednesday's morning maintenance.
I filed it under Character/Companion but I feel like this issue belongs elsewhere.

My first level 60 token worked fine, I made a level 60 Guardian, but then my second token refused to grant another auto-60. I restarted the game and it allowed me to create a 60 VG, but when I finished the creation stage the game loaded a level 1 Vanguard on the fleet??!?!
Tried restarting again, but now it does not even recognized that I had a level 60 slot.

Please fix this asap, Bioware ...

Was in the middle of creating my free level 60 when the server disconnected me, no token and no level 60, on my other account it worked great. Real pain
p.s. also agree they should post if a fix is coming.

Used free level 60, leveled to 65.

Decided I want a republic toon to play with mate, bought a cartel level 60 token as they are on special.

Consumed on my 65, server slots are 14 and '0 Level 60 Characters' on character screen.


Sigh. Fix please

Edit: And after 45 minutes of playing it shows up. Thanks! Good luck those still waiting

Was on my other account. Created a toon with the token yesterday, but it's bugged because the toon is LVL 1. Logged out, saw that the token was not consumed, so I deleted the LVL 1 character.

When I logged out, I'm still seeing the token. But today the token is missing. Please fix.

Its not about patience, its bugged. I had patience, now my token has gone. They said this is a "rare issue", its clearly not.

Post is full of inaccurate and incomplete information, and the 'solutions' do not work.

"Go slow" appears to blame players for the problems, when no amount of sitting there waiting will force the game to work as it should.

And the 'solution' presented for when the game has bugged for a player and lost their token(s)?

None other than a statement that the token should return - but with people waiting days and in cases over a week without the token being returned - I'm calling BS on that so-called solution.

Oh and when a player with this issue gets through to CS, they get the run around and no service, nothing done to restore the lost tokens.

I've not experienced this bug personally but for folks having level 60 creation troubles you might want to read the following post by Eric Musco :

It may take some time to be restored but it will happen. Know that if you continue to make / delete characters without waiting for your account to catch up, you can exacerbate the issue.

Please read other threads before trying to spread the "fix" that doesnt work. And please stop putting CS phone number reply on many threads about this problem. They cant help because this can be fixed only ingame and server side now.
