Hey, I purchased a Level 60 token on my Juggernaut and consumed it. But the character selection screen is showing that I don't have a Level 60 Character to create. What do I do? The cartel coins are gone, the tokens gone and I got nothing :/ Halp! EDIT: Sorry, I thought I was on the Bug Report forum!

My 60 token didn't work either. It did the first couple times I used it to try out classes, but now it's just creating level 1's and placing them on the fleet. To make matters even worse, I lost my free 60 token after this happened.....So I better get it back....

If you did then you won't be able to delete and remake.

My character was automatically downleveled from 60 to 2 when i started applying my tokens and titles i get in mailbox with each new char. Deleting and creating new character is always now level 1 doesnt matter if i see and select level 60 from creation menu. Ticket still open also, its frustrating since EA support knows this bug but cant do nothing.
The Division Dev: I will say this. Video games have a business side as well as the creative side. This is necessary to function and only time will tell what the future of the game is.

Ditto...I tried creating a character using my free level 60 character token...loaded on the fleet at level 1. I deleted the character and was able to go back in to re-create it but I got kicked out half way through creation and now it is showing that I cannot make a level 60 character.

Happened to me today. I used a token, created a character - got a level 1 sitting on the fleet. Deleted, remade, again a level 1 sitting on the fleet. Deleted again, still have 60 token but it is CLEARLY not working. Edit: Nope. 60 token is gone.

Can confirm: level 60 token started character at level 1 in fleet - looks like this is what bugged it, as the token is consumed but the character is obviously not 60. if you delete the character it will pretend you have another token until you log a new character, in which case the token will be GONE and you will get nothing. very bad bug mind you this was my FIRST attempt to create a 60 since kotfe launched, up till now i just played with what i had.
