Scorpio missing on my Jedi Knight

I'm at a loss. I really want my SCORPIO as my companion and she's just not there. She's not in the contacts/followers menu at all. I've finished all of the current KOTFE chapters, I figured she'd be in my contacts before Ch. 9 but nope...yet I see Jedi toons running around with her, this is just utterly disappointing. I was hoping to level her influence for a while before I get Kaliyo back, but I can't access SCORPIO/cant see her/can't summon her. The whole nine yards. I've spoken to several people on my server and read online, and it's a fact that multiple people are having this issue with SCORPIO right now. I've submitted a ticket and everything, can someone from Bioware please address this?

The same thing happened on my Agent, still no SCORPIO, what's up Bioware?

EDIT: Another thing I'm hearing is her influence will be reset after re-acquiring her in the story? I thought affection was supposed to convert to influence on a 1:1 ratio, why would it reset after getting a companion KOTFE?

I too am missing Scorpio. I had her as a Companion on my Bounty Hunter, had even earned more influence via gifts.

But after leveling my Trooper, I log back into my BH and low and behold, she is GONE.

Whats up??

I'm experiencing the exact same thing on my Agent kwongrah.

I don't have access to SCORPIO on my Agent either, she's not even anywhere to be found on Odessan. She's supposed to be a Main Character in the KOTFE story.

Yes I finished chapter nine on my agent and she is missing from any listing in the ui.

Same here, finished all chapters as Jedi Knight and she doesn't appear on the alliance list.

Same with me with my Warrior

I wonder what's causing this. I've done it on my scoundrel and sage, and gotten her both times.

I cannot find Scorpio either (smuggler), and I'm sure she was recruited in the story. She certainly helped out during the quest, but I realized she is missing from my list. : /
