Going in to 4.0 without a raid team? [Imp]

If you aren't in a raid group right now because you've been gone and haven't done much of 2.X-3.X content.. you're probably barking up the wrong tree - some exclusions apply.

However, if you had the great fortune of experiencing the multitude of commitment issues that go along with raiding with other adults... then please read on.

First off, <Rusty Resolve> probably doesn't want to recruit you. If you're anything like the countless other raiders that live and breathe group finder storymode crap and couldn't find someone to carry you through the first HM bosses, you're likely not going to be a good candidate.

We're looking for a specific type of person, and here are the criteria for said individuals (if they even exist anymore):

1. Must not suck.
   - Yes, I'm serious.
2. Must be available to raid twice a week (days are going to be reset when the xpac hits) and actually want to be apart of a team.
   - No, this isn't a half-handed statement about togetherness - I'm talking about commitment to a team and mutual agreement to show up and communicate when you can't.

Right now, Rusty is 8/10. Honestly, we'd be among the 50 (or whatever) other guilds that are 10/10 now if we could have just maintained a roster for long enough to actually progress. A lot of other guilds can probably say the same thing, but I'm especially bitter about that..

Anyway, if you're a tank, healer or dps that might be interested - send me a whisper or ingame mail. We have two teams looking for you.

Oh, one more thing - a sense of humor is mandatory.

Well this thread got moved into the Guild Recruitment wasteland - even though we aren't exactly recruiting for Rusty Resolve (at least, not at face value).

Thanks for everyone who hit me up, and if someone happens to stumble across this dusty post - this will remain a valid appeal to people that like to raid and like to actually clear operations with the group you started with.

Basically join us raid with get phat lootz but pull your own weight our backpacks can't fit you.

I may be interested, currently 8/10 myself close to 9/10 and 96% operations overall, what times do you raid at though? Need to make sure I can make the times.

To answer your we currently raid with two groups @ 7:30pm CST M-W & F, but raid nights are changing. We're not going to be raiding on Friday.
