I can confirm it has dropped within the last 30 days on Shadowlands. My Sent got it during a Prison run. As said above, good 'ol Ugly-Face-Capone drops it.

Every one of my characters has one. How I am getting it, I have no clue. Speeders are so common as drops in this game I quit keeping track, but I can attest that, yes, they are definitely still obtainable. My advice is hit Dulfy. Dulfy has all the current info on - well - pretty much everything SWTOR related. There is a full listing of Speeders there and how to get them.

We ran a HM MP about 2 weeks ago... speeder dropped.. as I already had it, one of my guildies got it.

Now I remember on mine because my characters have done tons of runs of Foundry so that is most likely where I got mine. I hope this information helps.

Good to hear that it still drops and is (probably) just very rare. Not sure if I am mentally able to run MP one more time, but time will tell.
Bioware offers a friend referal system which gives referred players a couple of goodies (incl. 7 free days of sub and a neat free 10 x inventory slot for every character) and referring players some little shinies and cartel coins. I would be happy if you choose my referral link to grab your free goodies.
