Looking for One Ranged DPS for Progression and 4.0

Who We Are

We are an imperial progression focused guild named <Origin>. Our team mostly consists of former <Mode> players who are passionate about progression in this game. We've been fairly stagnant lately but we're picking up again and we want to have a strong start in 4.0. Previously we have cleared all of NiM SnV (timed), TfB(timed), DF(timed), DP(timed), and we are 8/10 in current HM content. We are aiming to focus mostly on current content progression however running old content is still something we enjoy and partake in regularly.

What We Need

Right now we are in need of a ranged DPS (mercenary would be preferred but anything will work). We are looking for someone with substantial knowledge of their class and also operations (including old content as it will be relevant again soon). As for right now, we would like applicants to aim for around 4.7k-4.8k sustained DPS on the target dummy (@ 1 million health). More importantly though, we want someone who can understand mechanics and work well with our group of players.

Raid Times

Our raid times are Tuesday 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Eastern and Friday 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Eastern. All members of the team are expected to be prepared for the operation (stims/adrenals/medpacs etc.)

I like these guys - every time I've raided with them, I've been extremely pleased with the results. We even stole a couple of them (now just 1) for our raid team.
