pretty much the only people i infect during this event are the people that like to stand on the spawn-point forever, they're just asking for it... in the time it takes for the plague to cause my character to explode, whomever is standing on the spawn-point should be fully loaded and on their merry way... it takes no more than a few seconds to move from the spawn-point, if they choose not to move it's entirely on them if they get infected, they chose to hang around in an area where the infected will be spawning in along with the uninfected...
