Since the story is for all your toons, mains or alts, 1 toon or 22 of them... I always try out new content on my Sith Warrior first. She's the one who can usually handle 'harder' mobs/npcs more easily than my other toons even if she were slightly undergeared. Plus I love seeing her and Quinn in cutscenes.

My Outlander will be the same as every other Outlander because well only 2 possible outcomes, But if we toss in companions I'll still be the same as the are only pets to me.

The expansion overview page states that you'll get to "play one of eight class stories enhanced to offer a deeper, more accessible experience purely focused on immersing you in a personal Star Wars story." See how they said "one of eight class stories"? Remember how the expansion is advertised to be a "return to BioWare style storytelling"? It seems to me that they're going to focus on story more than in previous expansions, perhaps even as much as in the original game.
