Racgoul Plague is just a Greefers tool Thank Bioware

Wish there was something like vaccines or relics in the game that would keep me from getting the plague. Damn you BW hot fix this now.

Multi-player games sometimes have other players in them. Those who dislike this event have a serious stick up their rear and no sense of humor. It's just a game. No one is coming to your house and sneezing on you (although I'm sure some people are into that, so maybe they are).

There is a small cadre of MMO players whose control freakery and lack of self-confidence is of such epic proportions that they simply cannot deal with even a modicum of control being taken from them as regards a computer game character. These are the same people who complain about too many stuns, forced emoting, etc. "It's my character! You have no right to do things to my character!"

And it is quite fun to see them go ballistic every rakghoul event (and for some, even the Life Day event, since some of them are so bad they can't even deal with a pixel snowball being thrown at their character).

All you're doing is stirring up trouble and insulting people.

You know clinically it is called sadistic when you enjoy causing someone duress/pain/suffering over something. Some people think it is a matter of degree, but it isn't.

Any event that causes you to lose control of your character even for a limited time is bad game design, having to actually pay to opt-out of it is even worse. That being said, the event isn't really that big of a deal unless you're the type that likes to stand around the orbital so everyone can see your shiny armor and cool kid mount.
