I have to say that to me the OP seemed calm and collected in their post.
Well that's the hallmark of passive aggression :P

Check the post history. OP has a solid history of constructive posts and is well known for the PvP A Day thread. Definitely not a troll.
I have opinions and stuff

If it isn't a troll, they actually expect someone to answer those questions.

I think I prefer thinking they're trolling. It does them a favor vs the alternative.

The only class where it's possible for a female player character to choose between two male companions is Warrior.
It is a sausagefest. Which is one oft-cited complaint -- current companions (with the exception of SCORPIO, who's a non-bio entity, and Treek, who is optional paid content) are only female if they're romanceable.

No female PCs have a choice of love interest. Consular and Warrior are able to have a "fling" with either Tharan Cedrax or Pierce, but these are not full romance arcs in the same way that Vette/Dark Jaesa, Kaliyo/Temple and Risha/Akaavi are available for male PCs.

It's a legitimate set of questions. Whether or not the devs are willing and able to answer them, it's worth a shot.

This sounds like a strange "live out SW sexual fantasy" request...

And not a rip was given. Some of the players in this game have just made the "romance" aspect of this game creepy.

I really would prefer they not spoil the story just so you can get a jump on deciding what gender character to take through the story first.

Gender doesn't have anything to do with this story. We've seen females in positions of ultimate authority on both sides of the faction divide.

Star Wars, as a whole, is not a setting where gender bias exists. They have basically evolved past these concerns. And there's no reason at all to drag that nonsense into the story for any reason.
They have evolved past these concerns and yet still go around in Tatoonine garb if they're a jedi or a hood black robe of Sith. So with every step forward there seems to be many steps back! Also that alien hate.
"It's now very common to hear people say, 'I'm rather offended by that.' As if that gives them certain rights. It's actually nothing more...than a whine. 'I find that offensive.' It has no meaning; it has no purpose; it has no reason to be respected as a phrase. 'I am offended by that.' Well, so *********** what." - Stephen Fry

***EDITED***

This is probably just a symptom of being more male writers/developers in the room than females (This goes for the Gaming Community as a whole) for an inclusive role. However...

I do agree there shouldn't be that much of a disparity but is there any?

The problem I see, it could be the choices female PCs get to make that makes it hard? Or seem off putting?

Jedi Consular Female
You have some flirting with Theran though Theran comes off bisexual to me...
Iresso is fully able to be romanced. All names below have romance as an option.

Jedi Knight Female
Doc

Female Trooper
Aric

Female Smuggler (Male +1)
Corso

Sith Inquisitor
Revel

Sith Warrior Female
Quinn
Pierce

Female Bounty Hunter
Torian

Female Agent (Male +1)
Vector

So there isn't any disparity... so it must be the choices. One choice that's been highlighted is the inability to romance a force user.

Anyway, hope everyone sees Bioware did indeed try to make it even.
