Question for Dual-Wielders...

Identical.

I use two R-30017s on my Merc. Not only does that one look like a revolver, its sound has such a nice oomph to it.

On my marauder (my main) I use samecolor crystals (red), but the sabers are not identical. They are Hatred and Fear. I wanted to use these for the names. :P

I like symmetry
On gun wielding characters they have to be the same blaster and colour crystal

on Lightsaber wielders again it has to be the same hilts, but I like to have a Blue and Red colour mix up or sometimes Purple and White, as much as I like the same colour in both hilts its bugs me sometimes and I find it boring

On my bounty hunter, she used two different blasters, because they didn't have a copy of the merc's starting pistol at the time, and I liked the one they started with. So I matched it with a bigger pistol (I forgot the name, but some said it looks like robocops pistol).

All the rest match them up.

Ok, that I would do. A matching set would be completely acceptable.

OCD here as well... They MUST look the same.
However, when my Mara and Sent were poor, before the CM, they had different ones. That was a sad time for them, but the galaxy is a better place these days. Now they kill in style and swing Tythonians in each hand...

Same situation for my Slinger and Merc, they have matching Black Nebulas.... However, they were poor once as well and used what ever they could get their hands on.

My merc uses two blasters of the same model but with different colors.

My Mara, on the other hand, has identical both.

Every dual wielder I have uses 2 different weapons, each with a different color crystal.

Merc has the mis-match guns to 'match' his mis-matched armor.

Gunslinger uses the first two guns he got that were orange. Gives him that 'I'm good with any gun' feel.

My Mara uses the Czerka Rep Vibrosword in main hand, blue-black lightsaber in off hand. I like to think his enemies don't know which to worry more about - the whirring of the vibrosword or hum of the lightsaber.

Then again, may just be the goofy side coming out.

All my dual lightsaber wielders have the same color crystal in each weapon. I usually match the hilts as well, but not always.

With my dual pistol users I go more by sound than looks. I spent several nights trying out blasters for my gunslinger until I found just the right sound combination. (Even which hand you have them in affects the sound for certain skills!) Her blasters don't match at all in looks, but they have the same crystals. I love that each blaster is unique. One of them is particularly unusual with intricate designs along the grip and different colors throughout.
