Obviously there is an issue with the current exploit. BioWare knows. We know. I don't understand the "OMG permaban them" folks that come out of the woodwork. BioWare will determine what the appropriate action is, and how to deploy such discipline, and that should be good enough for us.

Anyway... good debate. I think we're on the same page
Well, you can't really use an old event to refer to this new one as a witch-hunt. That's pretty disingenious.

There's no witch-hunt here.

And people are asking for permabans because of the damage that could have been done to the economy AND because this was advertised on numerous places as an exploit and people were asked to not abuse it... and then they did anyway.

In and out of game, constantly people going on and on about it. MOVE ON!!!!
It continues, in part, because people like you post asking why it hasn't stopped.

what do you mean "ghost town", I haven't seen Harbinger this loaded in a very long time. I'm thinking that ya got a secondary reason to beg for a no ban sort of action, eh

The damage to the economy will easily fix it's self. Look at the economy now after the slot machine controversy. All will be fine. Let's all take a larger look at the total state of the game and not dwell on minor issues such as this. BioWare is aware, and will/has address(ed) this accordingly.

People asking that there not be bans are most likely those who did the exploit and are desperately hoping to avoid their much-deserved punishment. Just like with the Ravagers and Ziost exploits. "Oh, you caught me. Well, no harm, no foul. I won't do it again (until the next exploit reveals itself)."

Most likely, and I agree with you. Don't get me wrong, I am a hard ***. If it's on you, it's on you and you have to suffer the consequences. My only argument to the issue was "appropriate consequences" and the one's wanting heads. Repeat offenders should be tacked on and on, and so forth.

Yes, you are the exact person type I was calling out, if you didn't read any of my previous posts. Just stop it. It's tired and old. Sensationalism much?

I'm sorry... what?

I would attempt to extrapolate, but your English is flawed, so I shall not attempt to assume.

If Spanish is your first language, I can happily read it in that translation as well, if that helps you. Other than that, I cannot help you. :/
