him not being "shoot first" doesn't make him LIGHT! LIGHT IS GOOD, DARK IS EVIL. Your arguments are invalid Lightside is reference to good natured Darkside is destructive twisted nature, he was a FALLEN Jedi now apprenticed to the Darkest Sith lord that had ever been and he got replaced even still because he wasn't as power as Anakin. Tyranus was still Darksided.

No trolling. He was trying to save the life of his wife. Generally speaking, that's a noble and morally good attuned action. But in order to reach that end he was willing to commit incredibly morally bad attuned actions...

His goal was one of life, resulting in death. He was both. They really got into the fact that he was as powerful as he was due to his convergence between dark and light in The Clone Wars series. If you haven't watched it, check it out. Pretty good show and is officially canon.

you wouldn't have to do that as a Jedi. "Jedi healing techniques" Lightning is the emotion of hatred/fear use it it grows on you the more you use it.

Even in the now non-canon of Cade Skywalker resurrecting his master was a dark side ability.

His master scolded him.

Though I'm curious as to what the OP's thoughts are as to whether Mind Trick is Light Side or Dark Side, cause to me, it is the perfect ability that shows that it would depend on the intentions of the Force User using the ability.
