After having a marathon 18 hour session yesterday/last night/early morning... I can definitely say it is all time relative... No side is better than the other in quality of players... It's about the time bracket... Unfortunately the time brackets only cross over for a small window of time... Then it swings the other way... Anyone caught on the wrong side of that swing will experience winning every game to not being able to get a team who knows their head from their butt...
Usually if there are any good players still on the wrong side of that swing they will quickly log the other faction... Not because the other individual players are better and they can't stand losing, but because no one wants to play with people who don't communicate, have no situational awareness, won't play objectives or listen to advise... It's easier to just switch factions instead of raging or bashing your head on the keyboard every match over stupidity...
The only good thing with that is there are more good players of the same faction playing, so more often than not you are playing same faction teams with close to the same skill... It is unfortunate for the other faction of they pop against you... They just get smashed... Also their pvp pops are really slow as people stop pvping or switch factions...
Simple solution is to have multiple toons on both factions... You see the time swing happen, switch factions... Eventually it all lvls out... You'll probably even find that some of those good players will switch back to the other faction after awhile as the skill lvl evens out on both factions, no matter the time

I don't know how it's at lvl 60, but the lower brackets Imps get destroyed, like it's not even a positive win loss ratio cause the past 4 days my BH has won 5 games out of 40.

Meanwhile on my Guardian I've won 15 out of the 25 games I did, btw I usually play before and after work (10am-12pm, 11pm-3am or pretty much all day on my days off) and I've never witnessed this "switch in pvp dominance"

<Hustle> and the like aren't so bad...premades make matches interesting. It's those guys who run 2 heals, tank, dps premades that make me scratch my head. Do they really have such little faith in their abilithy that they have to field a turtle comp and hope to win by attrition? This is reg's for Satele's sake!

So basically every premade for the last couple weeks?

You say "Hustle and the like aren't so bad" but they are the primary runners of the turtle.

I just transferred my undergeared pub to Harb and played for last 2 days. Hustle are all the guys from pot5 who aren't good enough to do solo or team rated but do well in premades against pugs, not that its hard. Playing pub the annoying thing is they are really desperate for numbers so they spawn camp and chase dps and have no class basically, I did notice after a certain hour the pub stars come out and completely wrecked them. I went like 2-10 then some guy spiffy and his team came on them we were dominating them, had like 8 wins in a row against the same people. I think the pubs just need to learn when the teams are mismatched and avoid being farmed. I would say the new imps on harb are mostly try hard rated failures who want to stroke their ego by stacking the odds. just my 2 cents.

My bad...to be honest I normally don't notice guild tags as much as names (unless it's an arena match and I have the time to scroll over everyone on the other team) and names only stick out if they do something to merit notice.

I know the WoX guys who joined Hustle wouldn't (normally?) do this but they make up the minority of the guild roster i suppose. Also, I didn't want to "call out" anyone in particular for doing this, but they aren't the only guild running turtles -- curiously, I haven't encountered a pubside guild turlte comp'ing -- has anyone?

Before people start accusing us of "turtling". Learn what you're talking about. We group with whatever class a member wishes to play. We do lose in regs, but objs are secondary usually. Spawn camping happens all the time, don't act like its just us. Very few people can say they don't do it.
HaLeX, before you give an opinion on who we are. Maybe try looking at the roster. We're made up of members from tyrant, samurai pizza cats, ibl, and some others. 95% of us do ranked. In fact we just did 3-4 hours of kickball 4s with different guilds.

Which is why you don't see Hustle that much... Like the other poster said... They just like to farms noobs in regs as they can't take on the challenge of ranked... Get Hustle players by themselves in regs and they only have a few stars... The rest are mediocre at best...

Doesn't surprise me about SPC... They were renowned for doing the same thing on the old APAC server...
Wait... How is kick ball ranked now?... Are you saying you ran premades in Hutt ball... LoL... How is that ranked when it's regs...

Your right I don't know exactly just saw a couple of names. Listen spawn camping is tacky, I have never done it and never will. I don't heal people who stray too far from the objective unless its a choke point in a close match. You guys have 5 people in FOTM classes sitting there globalling players. Meanwhile what you don't see is half the team has already quit. So your punishing the players who stick it out but got stuck with a weak group. You guys get less overall stats, less playtime, your healer has nothing to do and you are creating a toxic atmosphere. I personally don't care its quick comms and I'm gearing this toon. But less people will que if you keep doing it and pop times for pubs start to get longer. All I'm saying is be considerate. Some of these players don't match up well, thats fine, but give them room to breathe at least. People are actually now checking to see if your guild is queing so they can leave the match before it even starts. That's not a good thing, because if the match starts with 5-6 players I'm going to leave as well.
