Unable to login

I am unable to connect to the login server. I opened the client earlier today and was unable to connect. I have re-installed the client and now I get the message server not responding. Any fix would be appreciated.

Hi Baelthor,

Please ensure that you have the correct ports opened in your router settings. See this link:
http://www.swtor.com/support/helpcenter/2015 and that you have both the launcher.exe and the swtor_setup.exe added to the exceptions of the firewall and antivirus software.

Finally could you check that the date and time are set correctly on your computer.

Make sure your time and date is set properly. For some reason my year was set wrong and when I set it to the right time and date i logged in no prob.

I have the same problem. Checked my firewall and such, reinstalled, tried to run as admin - no difference. Always the same. I paid for this game and I really would like to PLAY it too...
