The "special snowflake" as coined over there in that thread found out she wasn't as special as she was led to believe by the Bioware mods here.

Why do I unsub? Simple. I am playing WoW, TSW, STO, SWTOR, have a sub to Xbox LIVE and GTA Online and I have to eat. There is only so much cash I can spend at a time, dear Bioware. Excuse my frugality. But I play on Preferred, so do not think I have forsaken you.

Wow this thread is 89 pages long, Bioware WAKE UP! I am unsubbing and doubtful I will even come back to play preferred unless I hear news of a massive overhaul with this game. I don't feel like a lengthy explanation but the main reason I am leaving is that the PvP for this game has become an unmitigated disaster. 1. Never any new PvP content 2. Class balance is screwed 3. Win-trading, queue syncing, premades vs. pugs, faction switching, hacking, griefers, trolls, elitists, arena mismatches, warzone deserters 4. On top of all this the server population is bleeding out so I have to wait to have a ****** time 5. And ranked is the biggest joke of all, the top rated players are the ones who play meta, they know when to switch factions and farm the bads And then there are the farcical bugs and glitches like the ship parts bolster and broken set bonuses

Post #1 - 05.04.2012 , 04:30 PM \| #1 (Current date = 11 March 2015, approaching three years later) 89 pages at 10 posts per page = 890 posts. Of those posts, not every one of them is someone stating they are quitting. 3 + 365 = 1095. So we're not even at 1 post per day. Not sure this is really a 'BIOWARE WAKE UP!' situation. Its certainly a decent thread and helpful for those people who want to take the time and offer a well reasoned post for why they have decided to quit and what might win them back, but players leaving the game is a normal event as is new people checking something out based on a banner ad and the enticement of f2p. If this thread had been started Monday, and arrived at these 89 pages of posts and they were all quitting notices and over the same reason.. then it might be cause for concern.

Anywhere. Just to make that much 'monthly' gross (not net) you would need over 11 million subs at $14.95 per. Hyperbole much? 165 million a year in profit is a significant amount of money. They are well pleased with it.

To add-on to this, at least that's one less white knight - or should I say, former white knight - to worry about reporting you for "trolling and attacking" the game when you're only making critical responses as every customer is entitled to. I also can't say I feel bad to all the other drones if/when they leave and where they end up...
