We all knew it was coming and here it is

Powertech
Increased the post-depletion cooldown of Shoulder Cannon to 2 minutes (up from 1.5 minutes) and increased the ability activation cooldown of Shoulder Cannon to 1.5 seconds (up from .5 seconds).

You act like this is the first time. 1 sec ICD would have fine but meh. Everyone expected it lol BW hates BH and Troopers lol. I wonder if they will nerf mandos too. I would laugh my *** off. Lol BW hates BH so much they nerf Mercs out of guilt by association lol hilarious.

Usually the 0.5 gcd abilities don't last long.

Combat sentinel in the early patches was basically spam blade rush because zen made it have a 0.5 gcd IIRC. It's usually OP.

The part the OP didn't mention is the fact that they nerfed plasmatech on top of that. Because you know one of the most underpowered specs in the game clearly needs more nerfs.

Both Django and Jango Fett were bounty hunters if noone made that connection or hasnt seen the movies.
