And this butthurt specimen here clearly has zero idea of what a dying game actually looks like.

This game isn't dead, nor is it dying. Otherwise you'd see the Star Wars galaxies survivors huddled in a corner screaming "we told you so!"

The old republic is alive and well, and will continue to be so, even if the very vocal minority claims otherwise. Expect new life breathed into it when the new movies hit as well.


Also, those slots needed to be nerfed for the good of long term economy. Cry bait and switch all you want, it happend, build a bridge, and get over it. You people couldn't of honestly expected that to be working as intended.

Why? Because Eric actually posted "working as intended"? Could THAT be the reason we expected them to be... you know... working as intended?

It's common bloody sense. When you have every streamer showing how to exploit the machines to literally break the gtn for crafting, it's gonna be nerfed. I've zero sympathy for anyone crying about it. Hell, I even had the two people I sold the machines to, ask me for their money back. Of course I told them there's a better chance of the imp and pub fleets crashing together for an event then them getting those credits back. Now I'd of been fine with the old rates on those machines, had they been extremely rare, and not dropped out of a sodding pack.

We're talking like, maybe 1 machine per every 500 players.

And any item available through the use of Cartel Coins that provides a distinct utility that affects gameplay or the in-game economy in a significant manner, should expect a nerf; and a harsh one.
