The problem is that my security question says i answered it wrong when i know i put the right answer due to me writing it down anyways the end result is my account is now locked and there appears to be no way for me to fix this as i have tried changing my password to reset the lock but my security question says i am still giving the wrong answer. I have also been trying to get hold of customer service for 3 hours but i keep getting an auto message so i have no idea how i can fix my problem. so i came to the forums to see if anyone could give me suggestions ideas or advice as it would be much appreciated as otherwise i see no point in having a subscription to a game i cant play. thank you to anyone who replies.
