These moves hit through shroud. Wait the shadow is vulnerable to a type of damage even through his cds?
For the most part YES. Deflection reduces the damage taken by a small amount on these moves but you still hit through it. All you ******* clowns playing dot specs AOE specs crying about OP, lol, its because you have no clue how to play.

Get at me exilove the fact that you jumped on the bandwagon before finding out all the information about the class made me lose all respect i had for you.
What the ell are you even on about?

I was thinking more along the lines of making Serenity Strike be 50% less powerful in PvP only whilst keeping it's current healing.

Also, Spinning Strike hits too hard as well. It'd be fine if it hit for as much as it does now on a noncrit.. however the crit damage is through the roof with 11k+ on fully geared people.
That was the idea idd. Blaming the utilities apart from the 12s immunity is nonsense since most of them are part of the game since the beginning.
Cutting 25-50% from Serenity will affect both burst and survivability in a balanced way.

Noone plays them because they are considered up(underpowered) and those who switch will struggle because its new just read the tree and tool tips on all your abilities even the passives.

And then you came back to reality, where a half decent Assassin will simply line of sight, stun, knock and stealth every ambush you got.

no thank you.
It will not turn it to AoE. Currently it is a filler that gives 7k if crit and 7k heals every 11.4 with alacrity. Reduced by 25-50% won't make the spec aoe.

Sooo... We should overpower deception if we're tired of seeing overpowered hatred specs?

Hahahahahahaha!

Oh this never gets old.

I don't think the healing should be nerfed, just the damage. So it should still heal for 6-11k.
But never do more than 8.5k damage even if it crits.

But I'm seeing it crit for 11k on light armor which is a bit ridiculous.

It could be that, or 30% reduction on both. 7k heals is too much imo.

Oh you mean with root instant snipes 1.4s cast time on ambush and stuns? So he is forced to LOS me instead of damaging my team?
How is that bad?

Edit: I forgot about entrench which you can now stand up and move with, reestablishes once you enter cover again, or roll with.

Come on man I used to respect you for winning the POT5 duel tournament but dude think things through.

You know whats coming with dev responses while snipers are ambushing sins with 17k.

"Working as intended."

Strong? Yes

Unbeatable? No

Balanced? No

Nerf? No

Bring the other classes in line? Sounds like the smartest option.

Adjust minor things? Absolutely but do not nerf another class. I will not have sins becoming PTs or Mercs just because people dont play the class counter.

20 pages of comedy..all jokes aside...a good sniper can beat a sin ...basically root roll away..if sin get in range rinse and repeat..even if sin los, stun or whatever snipers have to many tools to keep melee off them..even if sin spam his deathfield and creeping terror only 30m attacks the hatred sin uses..

reason why vengeance juggs can beat down a sin in a 1 vs 1 is because they dont rely on force attacks..they use mostly white damage..shroud dont negate it..also you can use deflection 12 seconds but a jugg can keep you occupied with dcd's until deflection is over..lastly juggs have the best control in the game..

of course it take some skill to play the specs correctly but it can be done..they have other specs..mainly hatred sins can be beat..in rank situation with guard and heals then you can present a case to some point..1 vs 1 sins rule in the catergory but as we know bioware didnt make the game center behind 1 vs 1 duels..

alot of the fuss from what i been reading is from hatred sins beating people in 1 vs 1 situations..which the class is designed for beat you down and stealth away..in team settings they pretty much somewhat balanced..again it all come down to player skills..

bioware can magically balance the specs..but they cant balance or fix a BAD PLAYER..
