Yes they should if you exploit weather in pvp or pve you should be punished
i don't condone exploiting but the only way to get think on = ground is to complain that pve exploits get punishment yet pvp exploits get you ranked comms and no punishment. Any pvp complain here maybe BW will wake up http://www.swtor.com/community/showt...27#post7956027

I'd be curious to know which server you're on. I play primarily on a PvP Server and Ranked pops happen pretty much non-stop late afternoon to late night. If Ranked is something you are really into, you may want to switch servers. Waiting for BW to make a massive change like implementing a better queue system is a bad idea. Might as well just shoot yourself. heh


Sorcs are fine in Ranked. Sins just need their cc immunity toned down.


This would be amazing! Love the idea of adding an Expertise requirement for Ranked. And I definitely agree that Bolster should be removed from Ranked before the start of Season 4. If mainhand weapons need Bolster for a stat buff, then buff up the stats on the weapons themselves.

Completely agree, it just may take more outrage from the PVP community to get action ( like that from the PVE community ) to get action perhaps? IMO BW have set a precedent now in talking about exploits and should publically acknowledge the PVP one also and what they intend to do about. Of course never naming names.

However if the PVP community on the whole are more concerned with balance etc. and it's only a vocal few who complain publicaly about exploits/cheats then it's fairly easy to see why it might get ignored or swept under the carpet so to speak. They can work on "balance" to try appease the masses and the few continue to get angry over the cheats ( and rightfully so ).

3 things I suggest:

1) Minimum expertise for queuing solo ranked
(1936, full expertise except for crystals. I understand if some people want to run rare power or end crystals for aesthetic purposes, that small expertise tradeoff doesn't really make a difference if everything else is full max level pvp gear).

2) Some way to deal with intentional game throwers/trolls. Maybe a lockout if someone DC's 2 or 3 times in a 24 hour period? At least that gets rid of the quitters (temporarily at least).

3) Require an advanced class to queue for solos.

Making the Sent/Mara acceptable in PvP and PvE again is the first priority, well it should be....oh just go on buffing classes that are fine

Which server do you play on?

So with terrible class balance, unreasonably long ranked queue times, and even more reskinned PVE armor sets why would I even bother to queue for ranked?
