Well obviously if the heatseeker crits, some damage will come through, but if it does not Defense Screen could easily absorb both the HSM and the tracer.

Juggs have ALWAYS been OPed, so it's nothing new there.
Sins are OPed because of their endless stuns and stun immunities.
PT's burst damage (Oped-ness) has a 1.5 minutes CD.

No argument there. I've seen some poop damage from HSM and tracer before. So disappointing when they don't crit. Wouldn't you agree?

No doubt mercs need some better self heals. I get the feeling the devs were just trolling you guys in 3.0 in the self heal department. Emergency scan 21 sec cooldown...seriously? Should be more like 10 seconds and have a utility that makes it auto crit or something.

Sorcs arent even close to sins.
I play both.

-Nope. Juggs haven't always been op. Before enraged defense buff most considered them weak, especially compared to maras (at the time).
-Hatred sins have a lot going for them besides control and anti control.
-Sorcs I agree are op, but not number 1 op.
-PTs can burst more than once every 1.5 minutes. Shoulder cannon is what you are inferring I'm sure, but if you rely only on shoulder cannon for burst then you are missing out on a lot in AP.

When I play my Guardian I feel like Superman. 1-2 deaths on full length Void Star with no healer.
(That's in full Brutality gear, yes Brutality not Exhumed gear.)

When I play the other classes I feel like that guy that hits the propeller when the Titanic sinking. Except on my GS which makes me feel like Batman, because that class has a *********** CD for everything.

For the record I used to feel that way with my Sentinel once upon a time.

1. Sin (Hatred) - first by a large margin due to large dmg output and good survivability
2. Sorc (Lightning) - good burst and aoe dmg
3. PT (AP) - good burst but can be shut down easily
4. Jugg - nice survivability but lacks a good dmg output
