Well; I completely accept not whining about premades and quitting the match if you feel you are getting farmed by a premade and no one whining about that either.

All a matter of choice and if you are not having fun, do what you need to do in order to have fun. This goes for either side.

I only consider a ranked team ranked when they are in a grouped ranked arena. They have no control over the other 8 players. Sometimes the ranked member might get a little tired of arenas and do a normal warzone. Maybe he really like voidstar and wants to queue for a few reg warzones. Then his mates ask him why he isn't ranked queueing and he says "I just feel like a few normal matches" to which they reply "hmmm....maybe I will do a few with you." They aren't saying and a dark war room "Let's queue reg warzones so we can ROFL stomp noobs because it will be so fun! MWHAHAHA!" Sometimes they may just want a change of pace and their friends just go with them.

Guild Wars 2 had the same problem, 5 ranked players queuing for regs roflstomping pugs.
They merged some servers and implemented cross server queues.
Result: They split queues in the follow:
- Solo regular queue (no premades).
- Regular queue (premades allowed).
- Ranked queue (premades or solo).

If Swtor merge servers or make a pvp hub, this queue split would be possible.

He is just set in his mentality on how things should be without any deviation. Little does he want to understand that this MMO is the results of the environment created by KotOR I and KotOR II games.

To be fair, I also notice when I'm solo and teaming with one that's bad. This almost guarantees a loss because there's probably a 4 on the other side that isn't.

I agree now because instead of running into a premade with 2-3 jobs you are running into all sorc premades such as the huttball I just played. The other team had a 4 guild sorc premade and a 2 guild sorc premade and the whole match was grab ball, pull, pull, score. Soon all pvp will be is sorcs, jugs, and PT. Another thing they need to do is fix all AoE including orbital and sweeping fire in pvp to where only the first hit interrupts or give other classes AoE such as Op poison grenades to interrupt since it is spammable, not the tick just when it is thrown.

Not for all. Premades, either side, makes for boring matches. Emphasis, boring!

Either they roflstomp the opposition, or they derp enough for the opposition to rolfstomp you. Sometimes you get two opposing premades, and then the match becomes a gridlock about which team makes the first - single, but fatal - mistake and the match result is set in stone after that. Premades are boring play.

Leaving matches is the best way a pug player can say "**** you" to both premades and the metric in BW headquarter (Where they very likely have data on how premades affect match outcomes and participation)

Its so simple to see the system is eating solo guys. Just go to Yavin4, and do an open battle.

Take on the same guys whose have pride to destroy parties of solos, in Reg Wz. 90% of them are helpless if alone. Some are helpless even if in fact, they get help of friends right in midle of battle. Sometimes you can even take 2 at once.

And this is a little sad, actually. Because you see them destroying good or average parties of solos, simply making their group like this: Sorcs(4)-Vanguards(3)-Sent(1- remember the buff).

Do you have any proof to back that statement up or are you just making it up?

I have been in plenty of games with bad premades that make winning extremely difficult. Or extremely easy if they are on the other team. I believe there is a large amount of confirmation bias in this game where when poeple lose they assume it's because of a pre made. Half the time I'm in a WZ with my guild I'm not even in voice chat and when I am we are usually talking about nonsense (last time it was different kinds of mac and cheese that we liked).

If you are having trouble with premade groups make one yourself. You'll see it's not an auto win just because you are in a group. Sometimes you just get outplayed and you need to admit that to yourself before you can start to improve.

I'm in agreement that there needs to be counters to certain group makeups. I have always advocated debuffs for healers and tanks based on the number of DPS on the other team or reducing the amount of healing received when a player is receiving heals from multiple players. A debuff could work to break guard or as an anti taunt. I don't think the 20% 10 second debuff sents and snipers get is enough to break tank, mutliple cross healing and taunt spams.
