Maybe because we have extra survivability cooldowns? I'm speculating, but I think that is a big disadvantage don't understand why they would not have it match other than that reason.

Exactly this. Assault doesn't have a lower accuracy and no 70% offhand attacks are involved on a Jugg/Guardian. Besides that, it still stands that stacking accuracy, which is quite needed if you want to keep your accuracy up, basically makes Retalliation useless.

Also, am I the only one who's very annoyed that it's being taken off the GCD? In my tanking rotation it being off the GCD made the spec feel so fluent. I see it with all specs so far, taking things off the GCD and making the ones that are still on there (taunts) have a longer CD.

First my marauder will lose Gore from GCD, which really made the spec feel streamlined, and now my tank juggy will get his streamlining ability put on GCD as well and I can already guess it will annoy the living daylights out of me. Let alone muscle memory will be out of wack. I have skills like that placed on my Q button for the sake of being able to press it quickly to weave them in between GCDs.

I kinda want to know the REAL reason they're taking things off the GCD. Maybe it was causing server lag or something? Something must have prompted them to be going through all the trouble of taking them off the GCD and I want to know what it is before I'm satisfied.

Balance is only achieved if every tank spec has the exact same debuffs and buffs?

You don't think Juggs bring enough utilities and dcd's to make up for it?

Actually this isn't fully correct, there is a third wheel in accuracy, special vs basic attack. If you have 100/110/110 accuracy build, your assault still has a 10% chance of missing on an Ops Boss.

As for the changes,

WHOOP DE DOO! YAY! **** *********** YEAH!

Meanwhile, maras will be like a stick in the mud right after force leap trying to hit something that is not within 4 meters with a leg slash (twice). haha

But jugs are looking good.

Vigi/Veng were already OP. Now they get hydraulic overrides to go with their focused/enraged defense. FD/ED is easily the best single ability in the game.

I get the feeling that this was done to counter the fact that ranged classes are going to be able to cast on the move. This may work out for guard/jugg, but it's going to suck to be a sent/mara since they received nothing similar.

Oh and also sent/mara lose their 10m root, but guard/jugg get a 30m root. Seems legit.

I have everything to 55 except gunslinger/sniper now (don't like cover), so just don't overly buff them now, ok? Thanks!
