Jugs get their own version of Hydraulic Override. They will have no problem keeping up with range. I wish I could say the same for Carnage Marauders. lol

so they're removing armor debuffs for all classes, or just juggs? And if so, what's the new effect of high velocity fuel cells for mercs?

Only tanks getting the armor debuff removed.

Some people refuse to understand.

PVE if you have 100% Melee and 110% Force accuracy you'll NEVER miss an atack, unless some new boss mechanics throws some kind of accuracy debuff on you. It means that Retaliation/Riposte will NEVER be used by a DPS Jugg/Guardian in PVE.
I'm not here to teach, but seems some people really need to learn the game.

Is there a reason Guardian/Juggernaut tanks only get a 3% damage reduction debuff to targets from Warding Strike/Aegis Assault? The other two tank classes get a 5% damage reduction debuff via Slow Time/Wither and Ion Storm/Firestorm. This isn't balanced.

Two things are wrong.

You can still miss Assault But no one really use it.

And Rage Furious Strike procs Retaliation.

Assault have 90%chance to hit. 90% + 10% (from gear and comp bonus) - 10% from boss defense.

Every other attack have 100% + 10% - 10%.
