Ok so it is now later and well into the evening and still down? Why has there been no updates posted? As a paying subscriber the least you could do is keep me informed about the service that I am supposed to be receiving but cannot currently access. Thanks.

That post was 10 minutes before your post. What updates did you want in 10 minutes?

haha i didnt even realize, I saw an am timestamp and it didnt register in my mind that forums are GMT. My sincere apologies. However, it is rather infuriating that this is the first chance i have had to relax today and this happens. Guess i will go make a new toon somewhere.

Sure, it's quite frustrating that you can't play the game at the moment. However, I find your sense of entitlement nothing short of astounding, when an obviously unexpected problem occurs and you have not been given an immediate, precise answer.

The community manager himself just made a post, saying that they are looking into the problem. But you would rather have someone on their hands and knees, throwing rose petals at your feet, than accepting that they don't yet have a direct answer to give you. Yet, the implication is clear that when they do, they'll let you know.

Well not to be a stick in the mud on your post...however our server has a long history of problems...and put this outage on a Saturday night, when most people (like me) can play... its a problem
