ESO Porting to Console

I was curious how you guys thought this game would port over to console? Good / Bad / Worse?

Also, how solo-able is it? I completely understand certain instances requiring groups...but man...I can't wait to explore ALL of the continents at my leisure (read: absorbing all of the detail at a snail's pace)

I haven't seen any free trials, as such I've yet to play ESO...but I've fallen head over heels for every other Elder Scrolls title so I figure this will be no different. I'm still on the fence to buy an Xbox One, I see this being the straw the breaks my wallet.

I can telk you this much, if you hoping for Skyrim in an MMO skin you will be sadly disappointed.
The Hellion Legacy (Harbinger) The Duma Legacy (Shadowlands)

Head over to Suggestion Box and click on Compatibility With Xbox 360, you might find answers there.

don't waste your money or your time... ESO is garbage! it will be free to play soon so just wait, and don't go buy a new console just for that game, the game is horrible and you would be wasting even more money.

I honestly pity people who couldn't get in to Beta (I-III) and spent money on that fiasco.

I was in multiple betas, and I still bought the game. The collectors edition even (the ce is freaking awesome). I'm a huge ES fanatic, I couldn't help myself.

As to the OP, as someone like you who has lived each and every ES game, you can not go into it expecting Skyrim with more people. There is a never ending list of things that scream in your face "this is not elder scrolls, it's an mmo. " I have not once felt like I was playing an ES game.

Race design, terrible mmo quality AI, weightless and clunky combat, and Theme park setup versus the open go wherever you please when you please that our beloved single player games offer. I could keep going, as there is a very large list.

Despite that though, I really truly want to like that game. I have gone back and resubbed three times since I bought the game. It's just so bad. So OP, I would not advise you to go out and buy a console for it, if you already have one though, I know gamestop was selling the pc versions for like 30 or so bucks after a couple of months. I would wait at least until then, or better yet, its for sure transition to f2p.

Personally I avoided any hype or info on it until close to release when my preferred online store dropped me a mail saying "Come pre-order ESO! For PC, XBox, Playst...." aaaaand I closed the email. Multi-platform releases are detrimental enough to a game's development, but a multi-platform MMORPG? I've yet to see one other than Phantasy Star Online actually work since the lack of a proper keyboard really gimps communication. But I digress. I thought it was out for consoles allready and that was the reason for all the flak it's been receiving all over the place.

Even Redguard?
What you get from a referral link: a box of junk and one single server transfer token.

What the other person gets: 500 cartel coins, 100 more each month you stay subscribed, a speeder bike and a droid vanity pet.

Think Realm Rebord is doing alright. Ironically, the game that came in quietly with a bad rap is better than the 2 big names that came in with a lot of hype.
